The “S”and “DIGITAL” models foresee alternative features, as the thermostat for the high temperatures regulation, the cold door with ceramic inner glass (which grants very high resistance features for a use even more intense) and thermometer / pyrometer which display the temperature inside the baking room. The ovens model P430, P830, P434, P834, P630, P1230, also on version “S”and “DIGITAL” are equipped with aluminized baking rooms.
It is possible, on demand and with a modest extra charge, provide them with stainless steel baking rooms.
