MX range mixers are particularly suitable for bakeries, pizzerias and pastry-shops. The models are produced with various capacities ranging from 5 to 70 litres. All of the MX range machines are innovators in their fields in that they are equipped with a new transmission system. Thanks to its practicality and simplicity, this system is capable of eliminating ordinary maintenance problems typical of traditional oil bath lubricated machinisms. Each MX range model is constructed according to safety standards and can be supplied with a three-phase motor with 1 or 2 speeds, or a single-phase motor. The high resistance of stainless steel guarantees a long-lasting bowl and tool. On request it can also be supplied with a column and timer.
